AUTHORIZATION FOR THE HANDLING OF DATA

The COUNTRY INTERNATIONAL HOTEL LTDA, when processing personal data provided by its clients by virtue of the provision of hotel services, recognizes the rights that they have as the owner of the data provided, in accordance with art. 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, which are: i) Know, update and rectify personal data ii) Request proof of the authorization granted; iii) Be informed, upon request, about the use that has been given to the data; iv) Submit complaints to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of this law; v) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data when the constitutional and legal principles, rights and guarantees have not been respected. Therefore, in its contracts for the provision of hotel services and in the hotel registration format, it requests express authorization from the client for its use.
