Cancellations and No Show: Guaranteed reservations that are not canceled or modified within 24 hoursPrior to the arrival of the guest, they will be billed as a no show, for which the value equivalent to one (1) night will be charged as a penalty at the rate assigned in the reservation.
early departure: If the guest does not inform the change of the departure date at the time of entry, the total value of the stay will be charged as a penalty for his early departure on the reserved date.
Early Check In / Late Check Out
: The hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the value of one night to those passengers who wish to register before 3:00 pm or leave after 1:00 pm, after verifying the availability of the hotel.
